I am not able to login Help Centre and Open New Ticket Via Mail

Hi, My Fiverr profile is flagged due to false identity violation and now I am not able to login help center from my Fiverr Profile. Also I tried to open new ticket and replied to other Tickets but haven't received any reply yet. Its been more than a week and I am expecting help and reply from the Team. 

I have tried to contact the team on Socials Facebook and Instagram but they are not replying to my request.
