Question
uk1000
If a buyer orders a gig and then later orders an extra in the order by mistake or one that they they don't need, is there a normal way it can be cancelled and refunded?
Would they need to go to customer support and ask them to cancel & refund the extra or cancel the order and re-order it without that extra?
One one of my gigs I have the "Additional revision" extra, so that if someone uses up all their free revisions they can use that to order another revision (or if they want to have more than the number of free ones available to use), but someone ordered that extra to buy their 1st revision, when there were already 5 free revisions in the custom offer/order and they could have used one of those to get a free revision instead (when they didn't know about the free ones).
The order is below $50 so there isn't a partial refund option.
It should put a fuller description (or allow the seller to add one) for the "Additional revision" extra so it's clear to buyers that that would only be needed if there aren't any more free revisions available.
What's the normal thing that should be done in this situation?
