Flagged account

Hello, I am a new seller on Fiverr and today there was a flag on my account. It said it was for buying or selling services to boost an account, but I don't know what they mean. I have only had 6 orders and none seemed suspicious in any way. I am a new seller and nowhere near active enough to be close to the level 1 seller mark. Has anyone else had this problem?
