Help I just made an order and they took money out of my account but no active order is showing

Are you sure you placed a legitimate order?? Did seller send you some kind of link for payment instead of custom offer?? 

For some reason, this looks sketchy to me and possibly you got scammed!!

Ensure the payment was successfully processed by reviewing your bank or payment method to verify that the funds were deducted.

It's not an order made on Fiverr, at least it doesn't seem like it. Seems you were scammed, go to your bank or call them and tell them to cancel that payment.

Try to go here https://www.fiverr.com/users/anitalove2/orders/type/active and if it doesn't show any active order there, then it's most likely a scam. In which case, asking your bank to cancel that payment is a huge priority.
