Animator or Animation Company which one is the best for project

Hello, I am currently searching for an Animator for a project. which one is the best for long project. May be Animation Company because they  can handle complex, high-quality projects with faster turnaround times due to more resources.

Please let me know which one is the best for project.

Currently I found Anideos at google. I got impressed with their Animation Services.
 

Please let me know Is there any better option.
