Does Fiverr have any laws regarding image copyright?

Question

I used a Tommy cartoon and a Google Maps screenshot in my gig image, edited with text in Canva. Could my gig get banned for this, even though I’ve seen top-rated sellers using AI images, Google screenshots, and other similar content? Almost 70% of people on Fiverr seem to create their gigs by editing AI images, screenshots, or downloaded Google image

Yes. Fiverr requires  buyers to ensure they have the right to use any images. Copyright violations can lead to content removal or account suspension. Please always make sure to clear image rights before use.

"Why doesn't Fiverr ban 70% of sellers who have copied images using AI or taken screenshots from Google? How do such images reach the top-rated level?"

Fiverr doesn’t ban many sellers for copied or AI images because it’s hard to monitor everything manually, and their algorithm focuses more on seller performance. Without frequent user reports or clear evidence, such images often go unnoticed and sellers can still achieve top ratings based on other factors.
