My account was flagged since February 2024, and I tried to contact customer support multiple times, first of all, customer support said my account was flagged due to location inconsistencies, but then I told them I didn't connect to any VPN or wasn't logged in my fiverr with multiple internet connections, I have my one laptop and one smartphone to use fiverr, so why this location inconsistencies come up with my account, then they replied again, my fiverr was flagged due to connecting another disable account.
I was told again, I couldn't connect to any account or wasn't open any other account, I have only this account since 2020 and I am a level 2 seller, so if anyone opened fiverr used my information or my IP, which I don't know then is that my fault? They replied that the diction was final and couldn't be revised.
My gig was deranged and my promoted feature has also been off, what should I do in this situation? Are there any solutions to this from fiverr?
