Account Flagged since february, how to resolve this?

My account was flagged since February 2024, and I tried to contact customer support multiple times, first of all, customer support said my account was flagged due to location inconsistencies, but then I told them I didn't connect to any VPN or wasn't logged in my fiverr with multiple internet connections, I have my one laptop and one smartphone to use fiverr, so why this location inconsistencies come up with my account, then they replied again, my fiverr was flagged due to connecting another disable account.

I was told again, I couldn't connect to any account or wasn't open any other account, I have only this account since 2020 and I am a level 2 seller, so if anyone opened fiverr used my information or my IP, which I don't know then is that my fault? They replied that the diction was final and couldn't be revised.

My gig was deranged and my promoted feature has also been off, what should I do in this situation? Are there any solutions to this from fiverr?

These account flags are only able to be addressed by our Customer Support team, or if applicable, your Customer Success Manager. The program is invite-only, and will only be accessible to you once you have received your personal invitation to participate in Seller Plus. There is a limit to the number of sellers that can join the program, so if you did receive an invite and then are notified that the program is full, we will be sure to let you know as soon as an opening becomes available. If you do not have a Success Manager, please keep in touch with our Customer Support, because they are the only ones who can provide the necessary assistance regarding your issue.

Hello Lena, Thanks for your reply, Yes I also want to contact Success manager for get details about my flagged issue and also Want to get some tip about address this issue, but unfortunately I wasn't join seller plus right now, that dashboard showed me I am on the waitlist for seller plus, I was tried since 7 month to join seller plus program, but fiverr was turned off all the features for me, like the promoted gig, can you please give me a solution - how can I join seller plus? I have attached a screenshot of my level status page and also the Seller Plus page for better understanding.

Did they email you any reason for your account being flagged? There must be some suspicious activity on your account, or you didn't follow the TOS of Fiverr.

I wasn't violated any TOS of fiverr, Yes they mail me the reason "flagged due to connect another disable account" I wasn't connect my account with any account, this is my only account I was used since 4 years +, So really don't know what's the issue, customer support wasn't reply me with details reason,

I contacted customer support multiple times, and haven't got details information, customer support said, the decision was final, I don't know - is it my bad luck or not, now waiting for the seller plus option to enable again for my success manager

Please connect with the CS; they will surely help you out. If you have any, present your case with evidence, screenshots, and other relevant documents, and you might win it.
