Fiverr charges me for use the discount coupons?

Hi there,

I made a work for 500 usd applying a discount coupon of 30%.  I only earn 280usd instead of 400usd... May Fiverr charges me the discount? because the 30% of 500 is 350, and the 80% of that is 280usd.

Please I make a lot of offer with the coupon discount but this is not working like I though.

Am I understanding this right?

I do think Fiverr explains this in the TOS - but exactly. The coupons in a way are for show. You're not really getting the full price if you send them. Your buyer, however, will know that they were given a coupon which might make them feel good (and appreciated.)

Fiverr won't send us hundreds of dollars for using their features. That be nice, but...

If you have problems talking about this, you can talk to the support team, that seems to be the best way
