How can a get an update on an order dispute?

I disputed an order for that has not been fulfilled. I requested the seller to get a reservation for a popular cafe. After a couple of days, they market it delivered despite not being able to get a reservation. I then sent a request to cancel and this has been the fourth time that they have declined it. I’ve already filed an order dispute and I have yet to get an update; and it’s been 2 days. I’ve already emailed them to get an update and still no reply.

In 48 hours after sending the cancellation request, the order will cancel automatically. If they don't allow it to cancel automatically, nor do they accept it, go to customer support. 

Although I will say, this is not the type of service a freelancer would offer here, and why not try to make a reservation yourself....

It's apparently a thing in some places and I guess people on here do it as well even though it's not exactly better than doing it at home. 

I think it's easier for local agents (actual travel agents) to book. There's some places I think in Japan for example (think themed cafes) that are booked full within minutes! The same goes for some Disney things. 

The tricky thing with Fiverr is that, well, the majority of the people you find on here for those things  won't be locals which makes you lose out on the advantages (timezones and having connections in this case.)

What was the exact scope of the order? If they said they'll get you a reservation for sure you have an easy case with CS. If their gig says that you pay for the work (and not the outcome) as odd as that sounds you might not be able to get a refund. (But I don't see the gig so it's hard to say. Logically speaking I'd assume you'd get the refund.)
