Old account got disabled, New Account Verification

I had a Fiverr account that was verified with my NID Card. But that account was disabled 2 years ago.
Now I want to create another account with a different email and number, but this time I will verify with my Passport. Is it possible?

I am sorry but it is not allowed to create a new one in that case.
