My first experience selling on Fiverr is terrible.

Every time I tried to withdraw the balance, I received this message "The action failed to authenticate. Please try again. If the error persists, contact customer support here."

And the best they can do is to ask me to try again. I tried again with whatever methods they suggested but the outcome is always the same.

Is this normal or am I really just got unlucky?

Anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's my first time making money on Fiverr, and it's been 3 months they are dragging the payment!

I never did anything wrong, my gig is still running but I can't withdraw any balance!

The Customer Service is only offering basic help like "try again".

I tried every method. None of them worked.
