Then after I was scammed by the scammers, I kept getting scammers disguised as real users , asking for my email address!Why isn't there a feature to report users?

The moment the user sends you a message you can report them. When you click on the 3 dots next to that user's name you will open these two options (see the screenshot). After you report them, we ask you to send an email to our Customer Support with all the details and the screenshots you have. 

We strongly recommend not opening suspicious links, QR codes, or files from senders you have not contacted directly. Please be aware that Fiverr will never contact you via inbox to request payments, passwords, or private information.
