OTP received from 3rd party

Hi,

 

So I was trying to add a payout method on Fiverr and I've been receiving the OTP for it from a 3rd party company that doesn't exist even on Google. I've tried sending SMS for OTP multiple times and each time the OTP is received from a different number on my WhatsApp. Please help advise if the OTPs received from other numbers are genuine or if some issues are happening.
