90 day withdrawl issue

Question

Hello, I've been having issues with other account on withdrawing the funds from it after the 90 day period of the ban. Yesterday was 90 days and I was expecting an email on how to withdrawl or a link but I never received anything. I've made multiple tickets but all the replies are just automated junk. Please help if you can it would be greatly appreciated!
