Difficulty in verifying the social account.

Hey, hope that you all are doing well, I just want to know that how to verify on social account. I keep on uploading productive content on YouTube and different social platforms but when it comes to verification I cannot. Similarly on fiverr, Iam unable to verify my account before publishing a gig. So, kindly let me know what can be effective approaches to resolve this issue of verification.

I submitted photo and ID photo, but it came before me photos sent successfully and we will let you know if we need something else. However, I have been waiting for more than a month but still fiverr had not completed process of verification.
