Fraud on Fiverr

I ordered a seller on Fiverr and already working with her after some days I noticed that she didn't know about the project I gave her so I bought a theme paying her with PayPal after she confirmed the money with her then her account got disabled immediately!

Communication and payment between sellers and buyers are not allowed outside the platform. 

Most likely her account got flagged and deactivated for violating Fiverr TOS i.e. for seeking/asking/facilitating/receiving money from a buyer.

Communication and payment outside of the Fiverr is not allowed. So if any fraud or scam happens then Fiverr doesn't take any responsibility for that!
