Lost Zoom access from private message

Hi,

I recently got promoted to Level 1 seller, and I have an average selling price of around $150.
I unlocked Zoom calls from private messages, but somehow, I lost access to this feature...
The only way I can make Zoom calls now is with Fiverr Select buyers or after a buyer places an order.
Has anyone experienced something similar? I really need to do calls before a buyer places an order on my gig. I don't understand why I lost the feature as I'm still Level 1 with a success score of 8.

The support helped me, and I want to share the solution in case someone else needs it.
You will lose access to the in box  zoom feature if you don’t have an active order within 60 days after your last completed order.

So, you need to be at least a Level 1 seller, have an average selling price of $150, and have completed an order within the last 60 days.
