According to my experience you have to get help with Fiverr support team they will give you excat solution and there is lot's of UGC freelancers are provicing this services so I am sure there is some way for this problem.

If buyer has already placed an order, then you can share the details on the ORDER PAGE. Do not share details in generic chat before order placement, else your account will get flagged.
