Error in inbox, "Couldn't send your message. Try again"

Hi, I am receiving an error in inbox which says "Couldn't send your message. Try again" I am unable to send a text to client. I received a text, a Fiverr Certified Request from a Certified Client. However, I'm not able to reply them. Attaching chat screenshot as well. Anyone facing the same problem?

May be the client has blocked u
