Suspicious gig request and issues with PayPal payment

murilofrancisco

Question

Hello, I have an important question. I am relatively new to Fiverr and have just started selling my services on the platform.

I published my gig a few days ago and received a message saying that they had requested one of my services and that in order for me to receive the money I would have to access the link where they ask for my credit card details.

Is this valid or is it a scam?

What puzzles me is the amount that is shown in my system,

but the client did not specify what he wants in detail so that I can start his order.

I do not have a credit card. I would like to receive payment via PayPal, but the platform does not allow me to use this payment method.

The prints are attached. Please, if anyone can help me, I would appreciate it. Thank you for the opportunity.

Looks like yes, you have an active order. But the message you received was indeed spam. I would suggest contacting customer support and let them know about it. It would be best to wait for their confirmation so they can check things in detail.
