Is this type of scam?, and if i send my email (i'm not clicking any link on that mail) am i be fine?

Hello, this is my first time freelancing, and I just received my first chat. The person is asking for my email, to which I have obliged. They have sent me an email with a button in it. Fortunately, I have not clicked on the button. Should I be concerned? Is this a scam?
