I'm seeking for mentorship from any Figma (UI/UX) Designer

I have a problem. I began learning Figma earlier this year and have been dedicated to improving my skills through YouTube tutorials and courses from Udemy. Despite putting in significant effort, I feel I am falling behind in fully grasping the software, and how to dynamic create designs. I am not yet a pro, I'm facing a couple of challenges—namely, not having real-world projects to work on or a mentor to guide me in refining my approach. That’s why I am reaching out on here. I greatly admire all creatives work work and would be honored, and eager to learn under any expert guidance. I am eager to offer my support by working on any projects you're involved with, free of charge, in exchange for the opportunity to develop my skills, and if it involves I pay for the mentorship, no problem.
