Withdraw option disable

this is a sensitive issue my money withdraw option is closed for more than 90 days, I am still unable to withdraw my money but I was told that I will be able to withdraw my money after 90 days, please solve my problem, how I can withdraw my money.

I was told after 90 days I will be able to withdraw the money but still unable, after telling fiver support it's getting auto solved I don't know why it's happening please help me it's really sensitive issue
