Fiverr downgraded it from level 1 to level 0 following a recent update.
I changed my profile. I've uploaded professional videos. I get five-star ratings from my customers, but it does not function. My profile score is 4.9, and everything is perfect; I'm going to advance to level 2. Despite the five points I received, it did not return to level one. I believe there is an issue or confusion. Please fix this problem.
