Why am I unable to see a person's Cient profile? And where is this rating coming from?

I have this inquiry in inbox, where the As a client tab displays a very low rating. But when viewing their profile, I can only see their freelancing section, listing their own services.

Why am I unable to view the reviews? And if there are no reviews for them, then why is there a rating provided?

If you check their profile and scroll down you - should - see their ratings as clients but this might very well be a visual glitch where you are seeing the wrong stat (or a wrong number!)

I would probably check their profile out (if you're able to) if I were you, just in case...
