Order is not getting marked as complete

Hi. A client has first order on Fiverr and that is with me. I've delivered order and he is pleased with it. He has approved delivery many times. But order is not getting marked as complete. It is still under the list of "Waiting for rating" . What's the problem there?

If your order is in "Waiting for Rating" tab, then it means your buyer has not marked the order complete manually. He has to do it on his own else it will be completed automatically. 

If your order was approved for delivery then it should have been appeared in "Completed" tab.
