I haven't recieved my withdrawal

Hi,

I withdraw my money from my account 4 days ago but haven't received it yet.

Actually, a year ago when i withdrew my first earning, i attached my friend's payoneer because i got some issues in mine. Later, i just came to know that he also attached his fiverr with the same payoneer few months ago.

I was unaware of that so i withdraw my amount but now i don't know where is my money. It disappeared from my account and haven't reached in payoneer.

I opened a request on support but their first reply was about general info like, no solution. I am asking again and again, i opened two more requests but i am not getting any reply.
I don't know where my money is.
