Gig de ranked due to using same IP address

Hello champs,
My Fiverr gig de ranked from first page to 4th page due to IP Address issue. 
We were chatting on fiverr from the same IP address. 

What should I do now to re rank again on the first page

I am curious to know that how do you know that your gigs got de-ranked because of IP issue? Can you really detect the reason of gigs being de-ranked? 

Your niche "E-Commerce Store Management" is very competitive one so it means other sellers are performing better than you.

Check to see if you have set the prices right? May be Fiverr has set the price for your category i.e. $80 something like that?

I have experienced, it was de ranked right after we chat. 

Before the chat it was ranked on the very first page. 

Suddenly it was de ranked to 4th page.

Illogical reason it is. It might be due to the tough competition and your private reviews are not good (hidden reviews).

If you knew the reason, then why did you chat with the other person with the same IP?
