Improvement of success score

Can anyone tell me how long it takes to increase my success score from 4 and above? Since the activation of the new level system, my client satisfaction showed a 'Strong Negative Impact.' However, today I checked and noticed that the word 'Strong' has been removed from the client satisfaction score.

Unfortunately, no one can tell you how long it will take or if it will ever happen, and there have been a good number of people who've shared that they're in the same situation here on the forum, even after several months as well as orders and trying to follow the vague guidelines in the documentation.

You have a Success Manager. What did they tell you to do? Did they say anything about you having bad private reviews?

My SM is out of office currently. They will be back in a day or two. Let's see what the SM says.
