How to publish gig without having to verifying your phone number

I'm facing a problem while trying to publish gig. The main problem is that it needs to verify my phone number. Now whenever like after typing the verification code. The submit button doesn't turn green. I try again and verification code again, then still the same problem. At one time it says attempts limit reached and to wait for 24h. I mean it's very painful and becoming very VERY VERY PAINFUL TO EVEN PUBLISH A GIG! NOW how do i publish my gig without having to verify phone number? Plus how do i fix the annoying problem when trying to verify my phone number? Just please please tell me and help. It's getting really painful and I'm tired of this
