Could you please contact the support team for this ? It is unclear to me, but your gigs have certain labels which are probably the cause for no orders. Yet, you have good success score in 2 gigs.

My Fiverr success score has come below 5 because of no order. I have lost my level-1  badge for this. so how can I increase my success score if there is no order? so how can I get the order again?

I have 9 gigs already and I can add 1 more gig. but I make my other gig as much as a low-competitive keyword. if the last gig I create is by a lowly competitive keyword, then can happen something?
