tengo un cliente que me pagó un servicio, la orden está cerrada pero el quiere el dinero de regreso, (me lo dijo por fuera de la app) Razón: El cambió las reglas de lo que yo debía ofrecer para el trabajo. Yo no quiero devolverle, pues hice mi trabajo según acordé. La pregunta es, el me puede solicitar el dinero de regreso a través de soporte si la orden ya cerró?
I have a client who paid for a service, and the order is closed, but now he wants a refund (he mentioned this outside of the app). The reason is that he changed the requirements of what I was supposed to deliver for the job. I don’t want to refund him because I completed the work as agreed. My question is: Can he still request a refund through support even if the order is already closed?
