violation of term and service`s

Hello 
I was talking to a seller and did not know that its not allowed to work with someone outside of fiverr. I can see a message that there that i customer service will get back to me in the next 24 hours. i am new to fiverr and did not know this. i have sent in a customer ticket to customer service admitting my mistake. i should have read the terms and services before i started to buying jobs on fiverr of course. I have orders on fiverr pending. will my account now get banned?

I did not offer to pay outside of fiverr just to be clear.

Sorry to hear that. However, unfortunately, your post is a little ambiguous. Can you elaborate a little? I myself am new to fiverr (a seasoned freelancer though but new on fiverr), hence I would learn not to commit that mistake.
