Will My Extra Gigs Be Removed Under the New Level System?

agonza1101

Question

Hello Fiverr Community

I received a warning message from Fiverr about a potential demotion from Level 1 to Level 0, giving me the 30-day period to improve my performance, as my current Seller Success Score dropped to 4

I joined Fiverr in January 2023, when New Sellers were allowed to start with 7 gigs. However, with the new level system, New Sellers are now limited to 4 gigs. Since I created my account before the new system was implemented, will Fiverr allow me to keep my 7 gigs, or will they reduce my number of gigs to match the current limit of 4 for New Sellers?

Appreciate any insights or similar experiences from the community!

Thank you

I remember reading a few posts from Fiverr staff that extra gigs will not be removed (in case of demotion) but if seller decides to edit or pause them, then extra gig(s) will not get re-published!!

I see — thank you for the quick reply priyank_mod

Do you know anyone I could confirm this with? Or should I open a CS ticket to consult about it? I just would like to be 100% sure that my gigs will not be arbitrarily removed to meet the 4-gig limit

You won't lose your gigs if you don't do anything. On the other hand, if you delete a gig, you won't be able to add a new one until you delete gigs so you get to the number of 3 gigs.
