How to identify fraudsters

I am getting clients asking me to carry work on telegram . Does fiver support that. Can anyone answer on this and let me know.

No, Fiverr does not support communication off of Fiverr. Know that any exchange of personal information required for the completion of a service must be provided in the Order Page. Any users who engage and communicate off of Fiverr will not be protected by our Terms of Service. Please be aware that any violations of Fiverr's Terms of Service may be a cause for permanent suspension of all accounts. Please take a minute to read our TOS carefully to avoid warnings/account suspension. 

We strongly recommend not opening suspicious links, QR codes, or files from senders you have not contacted directly. Please be aware that Fiverr will never contact you via inbox to request payments, passwords, or private information.
