I’ve been working on a project for a client who requested an AI-generated video commercial that features a well-known brand (Nike). The client has clarified that the video is for private use only, specifically for a pitch presentation and not for public distribution. They assured me that it won’t be shared on social media or other public platforms, and they referenced strict GDPR laws in Europe to ensure compliance.

However, I’m still uncertain if Fiverr allows sellers to create content involving major brands, even for private use.

can anyone provide guidance on whether Fiverr permits this type of work? I want to make sure I'm staying within the platform's guidelines while also avoiding any potential legal issues in the future.
