Account was Unapproved by Fiverr

I was curious about what happened to this account, I had registered everything needed to become a seller, and had even drafted gigs that had been published on fiverr. But for some reason this account is suddenly not approved. Is there something wrong with this account, and is there anything I can do to fix this account?
