Hi Fiverr experts, I need some guidance. A buyer placed an order, but an hour later, they opened a dispute requesting to cancel, saying, 'Please cancel, I managed to fix the file myself and no longer need it.' Should I just accept the cancellation? I feel like this could unfairly affect my profile, even though it's the buyer's fault. Or should I ask the buyer to contact support for cancellation? Any advice based on your experience would be appreciated. Thanks!
