Buyer opened the dispute to cancel order

Hi Fiverr experts, I need some guidance. A buyer placed an order, but an hour later, they opened a dispute requesting to cancel, saying, 'Please cancel, I managed to fix the file myself and no longer need it.' Should I just accept the cancellation? I feel like this could unfairly affect my profile, even though it's the buyer's fault. Or should I ask the buyer to contact support for cancellation? Any advice based on your experience would be appreciated. Thanks!

Ask him to let you known where he needs changes, if he don't satisfied with your quality then you should cancel it 🙂
