Receiving Fiverr Notifications Too Late – Need Assistance!

Hi Fiverr Community,

I’ve been experiencing an issue where I receive notifications from Fiverr much later than expected. This includes messages from clients, and the delay is affecting my ability to respond promptly, which is crucial for maintaining good communication with my clients.

Has anyone else faced this issue? If so, are there any steps or settings I can adjust to ensure I receive my notifications on time? I’ve already tried the basics like checking notification settings, ensuring my device is connected to the internet, removing the Fiverr app from my phone’s battery optimization settings, giving it permission for background activity, and even resetting my phone, but the issue persists.

Any tips or solutions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help.

On Fiverr since Aug 2024 and 0 (zero) reviews.
