Am I being offered a false job?

I got a message saying they want me to convert 200 text images into word document within 2 days. They would pay me 3840pounds! (saying it is an important project and that's why they want to pay so much) and I should contact them on telegram if am willing to take up the job. Is this trustworthy?

No it's not trustworthy because they're asking you to contact them on off-site. Off-site contact isn't allowed on Fiverr, so don't do that as it could get your account disabled.
