Buyer Keeps asking for revisions when the work is complete to avoid paying

I have a client that is keeping the project in revision mode when the work is complete and finished. We have stopped working together and I have declined any future work with them, as it was a very difficult brief that I didn't want to try and answer. Now they wont complete the order of the finished project. How do I go about getting paid? i have messaged the customer support but nothing yet. Has the customer paid for the oder with Fiverr when when they first sign up? and are the funds actually with Fiverr? Surely they cant just keep the order in revision mode constantly.

i recommend trying to tell the buyer directly or to try reporting them

Buyer makes complete payment to Fiverr along with Fiverr's fee and applicable taxes when they place the order. Once order is delivered and completed, Fiverr releases the funds to us after deducting their 20% commission.

In your case, it seems like buyer is just keeping the order open to trouble you.

yeah its very frustrating after asking the client several times to complete the order. There is no way around it unless you go through the resolution centre which only gives you an option to cancel the order, you will lose the money after doing all the work or offering a refund, but why would I do that if I have completed and delivered their work, its ridiculous. Seems like the funds are just gonna sit in the Fiverr platform and neither of us can access them. Makes no sense.
