URGENT: My Fiverr Account Hacked, I Lost $1133+$200

Hello, It's me Muhammad Asad. I am level 2 seller and Meeting all requirements to become TOP SELLER. Working with fiverr with previous 4 years.
BUT Today my account got hacked automatically. And hacker take advance from account $1000, Now amount showing to pay $1200 to fiverr which I never took. And Hacker take all my earning by early payout and put his own payoneer account. This all done in an hour. I am curious when we link new bank account to fiverr. Fiverr will take almost 24 hours for verification to do transaction in any new bank account. And all this happed in an hour. Now I am contacting in fiverr support. Hope all will be well. Really worried regarding my account because My 4 orders was also in queue that was 170+ bucks, and marked as canceled now. And what about my gigs now I dont know.
If anyone knows anything kindly let me know. Really appreactied on the reply. Thank You

@smartdezigns Yes I am in touch with fiverr support. But I am curious about all me gigs ranks and my work flow. Even Orders was in queue and My score was 8 and now its showing due to violation you are not eligible etc. Really worried hope for the best. Because this is my main source of earning. By the way thank you for the comment.

I am a bit curious about how your account got hacked here. you didn't connect your Gmail account, how did the hacker go through your two-step verification process

Hello, hope you are well brother. Yes my 2 step verification on. I also don't know even my mind is now lost by thinking this. Last time I received a notification from Indonesian number on whatsapp. And Before that I was Chating with new client on fiverr and suddendly his/her Id got banned. I sent messege to him/her and from fiverr side i got the person is blocked etc. I am now free from previous 3 days. and nothing to do. just waiting for my Account to get back as soon as possible. My gigs was on tops.

Hope you are well brother. Yes, this is happening from previous 2 months But I never provide them details. Because I know no one can ask my personal detials or anything even Fiverr support aswell.

Hello, hope you are well. I was level 2 seller with success store of 8 and 9, but by account was got hacked and Now recovered by fiverr support but I didn't get any cash back from fiverr support and my account is flagged and all of my ranked gigs was denied, what should I do now?

1133.82 withdraw from my account from hacker side.
My main etsy gig price changed from 10 bucks to 480 bucks, from hacker side.
My previous earning also took by hacker by doing early withdraw.
Hacker took 1000 cash advance from fiverr with my account. Now It's become 1204 as a return amount. I never took this cash advance in my history.
4 orders was in my queue. 3 pending to deliver and designs almost ready for the orders value 140 bucks. and 1 order delivered by myself and showing in my active orders value 15 bucks.

Some victims also here on forum but they get everything back earning, account stats everything from @fiverr support.

This is my main source of earning. It's my permanent job. Now I am really worried regarding this.

Hello, hope you are well. My account got hacked and Hacker took all of my earing (1133 bucks) in his own account by attaching his own bank account with fiverr withdraw method. Now I am in contact with @fiverr Support but they are not going to do anything regarding this issue. Payoneer asking me transaction id and account id in which withdraw was occurred etc. but Fiverr support is saying we are not able to provide you. CS also not going to compensate me with any amount. What Should I do now? Any Help?

@Lena | @kesha | @milos_siena . Can you please take a look? CS support is not going to help me anymore #12135555 . even No compensate from cs side. Really worried regarding this issue. I check on multiple victims they all got compensate but CS is not going to do anything for me.

@milos_siena or @Lena or @Kesha could you please check this poster's issue and account/support ticket to see if there's anything that can be done about their loss and the cash advance taken by the hacker who accessed their account?

I can see that you are in communication with our CS and that your ticket is still open. Know that our Customer Support will do everything to help you and reach the optimal solution regarding this issue.

@Lena Thank You for the response, Hope you are doing well. Actually I am still is touch with CS but Really worried regarding this issue they are not going to agree that my account was hacked. Payoneer also asked information through my email regarding withdraw details like payee id etc. CS just provide me transaction id only at this time. The Amount hacker took from my id really means alot to me It's about 2 months+ earning equality amount. I sent this transaction id also to payoneer support, but not full details that payoneer asked me. Actually Even I can't see in which account hacker did transaction. I requested to @fiverr kindly do something regarding this issue multiple times. Because this amount is huge in my case. Or fiverr itself do something to reverse this last transaction of 1133 back into account or do compensate. I am doing work on fiverr since Jan 2021. Really trusted to the fiverr, with zero warning. Thank You if fiverr CS do something regarding this issue.

Hello, hope you are all doing well. It's been 17 days now and still nothing got got back hacker took 1133.82 from my account but Fiverr Support doing nothing regarding this issue. Hacker did everything in an hour. How is that possible? Even Fiverr allow withdraw after 24 hours in new withdraw method. I am really surprised and nothing got back still.
@Lena @Kesha @milos_siena what should I do now? CS is not helping regarding this issue.

I am on fiverr since JAN, 2021. and you can check my stats, everything. I never get a single warning instead. I need a serious help.

However, upon reviewing your tickets and more specifically ticket #12135555, we can see that you have been in communication with our CS and that they have explained everything thoroughly. They provided assistance regarding Orders, flagged account, and the withdrawal in the last email you received, to which you responded. As much as we understand your position, there is nothing we can do here on the Forum. Please stay in touch with our CS; we are sure they will find the optimal solution.

Is Fiverr staff able to tell who the payee id was that the withdrawal was sent to in Payoneer (does Fiverr store that in withdrawal transactions)? Can't they let the OP know what that id was or Payoneer, so they can try to do something about that payment to that hacker's account (eg. dispute the payment/cancel it) or maybe Fiverr could discuss it with Payoneer to sort it out so they know which account the disputed withdrawal went to?

Hello, hope you are all doing well. Fiverr Support never provide me Payee Id that payoneer asked me multiple times. I can upload all the CS Support chat if you want me to show here in public. Really disappointed. It's 1133.82$ got vanished from account and no one is going to do anything. I submitted proof everything that fiverr asked every time. Now Payoneer saying we can't do anything On Fiverr Support is responsible for all of that. They have access etc. I can also show you that email screenshot aswell.
Fiverr and payoneer can do direct link each other but they are not going to do anything I am the 3rd person who has no information regarding accounts.
This is really ... no words I have.

I have all the screenshots fiverr and payoneer emails. I am working on fiverr since jan 2021. And that was first time with fiverr this amount issue and no one in going to help to get that withdraw reverse into my account.

I would like to speak with higher-level management or a fraud specialist. It's a request.

My account was hacked on sep 6, 2024. And I reported to fiverr within 60 minutes when hacker hacked my account and took all of my earning and took cash advance aswell.

I did not request for my account to be shut down (it was a hacker, posing as me), I didn't have multiple accounts (the hacker closed my account saying that I was closing this one because I had multiple accounts), and I didn't make a withdrawal (it was sent to someone else's payoneer account right before my account was shut down).

Hacker did fraud withdraw of 1133.82$ from my fiverr id to his bank account.

I am discussing this issue with fiver from previous 22 days, but still they didn't recovered my amount.
Now I am contacting them, Now they are just doing ticket as marked as solved no response from CS anymore.

@Lena, @milos_siena or @ana_tomy - I don't know if one of you already looked at this case, but this looks very similar to how I was shut down—a hacker posing as me requested to shut down my account (with the reason of "I have multiple accounts"), before withdrawing all my earnings to their PayPal account). Luckily, I was compensated for the earnings that was stolen. However, @masad01, for some reason, was not.

@masad01's earnings went to someone else's Payoneer account. There was also a cash advance taken out under his name (luckily, I've never had that feature.

Can one of you look at @masad01's ticket to see if it was properly investigated? Especially since he reported it all very quickly. Thanks in advance for all your help!

Yes, we are familiar with @masad01's issue. His request was reviewed thoroughly multiple times by the relevant departments. The CS already provided assistance and answers to all the questions. The ticket is open so please maintain the communication with our Customer Support. Together, you will ultimately find a suitable solution.

I thought they haven't yet reversed the fraudulent withdrawal/cancelled it or compensated for it after 22 days of the OP contacting them? Or provided the payee id that Payoneer is asking for to be able to do something about it (that I assume is the payee id related to the hacker's payoneer account?). I thought from the original post they've stopped responding.

If it takes much longer isn't it going to be harder/not possible to get the fraudulent transaction that was  sent to the hacker's Payoneer account reversed? Though if so, Fiverr could still compensate the OP for their 1133.82$ loss.

Does Fiverr store the Payee ID related to all withdrawals on their system (eg. when withdrawing to Payoneer), and if so, shouldn't they be able to supply that to the OP so they can give it to Payoneer to help cancel that payment to them?

Hello hope you are all well. Thank You for staying with me. @Lena Ticket is still open Because I open ticket again and again. But Now from CS support side they are closing ticket without any response. They doing ticked to marked as solved. it's been 3 days without any response from CS Support for my last message.

28 Days passed issue not resolved. Still nothing in my hands. 1133.82$ not received back into my account.

I said multiple times to CS Support if you need any information from my side my ID etc I will be there for you. But they are not going to help in this issue. Supervisor said we check that your id was not hacked I attached screenshot of fake order 540$ that hacker did before that order my maximum gig price was 40$ from previous few years maybe. They can check my history. I explained everything from my side and provided screenshots of everything.

I was like a ball playing by CS support and Payoneer. But still I am on hope maybe maybeeeeeee is there any way because that amount is huge for me.

I have alot of screenshots of emails CS support and everything regarding this case.

I think @Lena can only see ticket status open close just. Because I open ticket everytime when CS support close ticket without any response and Answer of my questions and I need resolution on this case. ( Simple Question again: Amount Vanished from ID? ) I need answer. Because I never got that amount in my account.

From the Payoneer response that's attached, they say:

In order to know the status of your payments we need you to be able to contact Fiverr, and if you could send us the Payee ID of your Fiverr account linked to Payoneer. The Payee ID is an alphanumeric code that identifies the conection between your Funding Source (Fiverr) and your Payoneer Account.

I'm not sure that Payoneer are getting the fact that it's the Payoneer account of the hacker that the amount has gone into on 6th September (not yours). Payoneer could be told about that, and asked what else could be done, maybe ask what they can do if provided with the actual payee id of that transaction if provided with it by Fiverr/you (if Fiverr can give it).

Staff haven't answered my questions that I posted above yet, but if payee id is stored for every withdrawal Fiverr should be able to use that to help get it cancelled (eg. to inform Payoneer of it if that needs doing or tell you it so you can contact Payoneer about the fraud transaction and get it cancelled).

Maybe ask to speak to Fiverr's fraud department/escalate it to higher management at Fiverr. Including all relevant screenshots/facts when speaking to CS (but you probably already have).
