Hi Everyone! I've searched in the resolutions center but have not found a clear answer! This is my first order where the buyer asked for a revision. How do I manage this to ensure my ratings aren't negatively impacted? I'm currently in NEW status and about to go to Level one once this order is submitted! I spoke to the buyer and am happy to make the changes but now my delivery date says late even though it also says in revision status. Am I supposed to extend the delivery window? Are you automatically given a set amount of time once in revision status? Any kind words to help me understand what to do next would be appreciated!
