Allowed to have four(4) gigs but have six (6)?

I have six (6) innactive gigs on my  Fiverr profile. For some reason, the platforms notifies me that I am allowed to have only four (4) gigs as a zero-level sellers. What's up with that? Is this an error? 

 

Context: I used to be active on Fiverr in 2017. Back then, I did reach level one.
