I've joined fiverr, but never really used it at all. 

Started around 3 months ago a project with a freelancer - not from fiverr, but after some time it's just a money pit, and it has to end now - as the project seems to be failed. 

I'm Really disappointed, and don't want to loose more money, with choosing the wrong freelancer again, hence the reason why i'm joined the forum now. 

Now, i have a project new project, and i'd like to hire a professional freelancer for it. 

The project is about:
 
1: create an e-Commerce webshop built with Shopify, selling in stock items what we sell on big names, not dropshipping or anything like that 

2: i've aleady purchased a theme for it from Themeforest - which i'd like to use, but obviously needs to be modified ( 5 months free support left for the theme ), 

3: create an automated invoice system for orders, which pull orders from the webshop, and once revised, create and send pdf invoices to customers ( fixed monthly budget for the invoice subscription ), 

4: connect the webshop with API, to assign orders with Tracking numbers - once shipping label created for it on the shipping solution platform website, 

1: what type of professional I need for this project?
