Got set up and threaten...

i think this is a internal staff with  this seller, cuz idk how to delete a message in fiverr chat myself,. I was feel like how dare this seller just threat me like that, and why the support answered me with nothing, and why the order i just finished...... all these answer is they are a team!!!!!

 

simple version story,  i open a order, then seller ask me to telegram , im new to here dont know the rule, then i went there, and after that he ask me pay crypto sth, and ask me the personal info i think , then i refused need cancel, then he just start threat me, and idk how he just complete the order. then i went to support , and the support just slow one day and reply me how to find the button......at last, the order finished, and i show the support there is no such button, okay then!!!!! the support said he review the video i push on the support center(which he should view at first time), and it is not allowed to use other software(was saying shut up or suspend you), I was like......any one can help please, or it is fiverr??

It is of utmost importance to read carefully Fiverr's Terms of Service to avoid situations like these. Aside from the fact that communication outside Fiverr is not allowed, please be aware that any users who engage and communicate off of Fiverr will not be protected by our Terms of Service. Any necessary exchange of personal information required to continue a service may be exchanged within the Order Page. Communication outside of Fiverr may result in an account warning or the suspension/removal of your account. Moreover, our CS did offer to cancel the Order for you and they showed you how to report an Order step by step.

When dealing with questions regarding accounts, they can only be addressed by our Customer Support team. If you have any additional questions, you can always reply to the last email you received.
