Account Flagged

Hello, I'm Vivian. My account has been flagged for over a month now just before receiving my level 1 badge . I have no idea why it was flagged as I have continued to comply with all of Fiverrs rules and regulations . Is there anything I can do to recover it ? Or a specific amount of time I have to wait ?
