Why Was My Intro Video Declined

I recently uploaded an intro video to my profile, but it was declined without any specific reason given. I'm a bit confused because I want to make sure I fix whatever the issue was. Could you please let me know why it was rejected? That way, I can make the necessary changes and get it approved next time.
