Fiverr Needs a Better Vetting Process For SEO & Writing Gigs [Ahref's Video]

So it's no secret that I'm pretty critical of SEO sellers. And this is a great example why.

I came across a recent video by Ahrefs where they explore (and review) SEO and writing services on Fiverr. And the results are not very good.

Obviously there are great sellers out there in the SEO and Writing niche. So there needs to be a better vetting process to protect them.

I myself have a similar experience ordering a bulk writing gig recently (from a reputed seller), and was presented with some questionable results.

The weird thing was this person had so many great reviews. So my guess is that the buyers are not thoroughly checking the content that they receive.

Thankfully in my case, I pointed this out to the seller and was able to get a related service to compensate for what I paid. But I'm sure this is not the case for most of his buyers.

What this eventually gonna do is tarnish the reputation of Fiverr in SEO and writing in the end when more and more people take notice.

Now I understand that there are low-quality services in any marketplace, and it's not a bad thing either (if managed properly). However, I've seen so many people being critical of Fiverr's SEO and Writing gigs in particular, which probably needs attention as it seemed to get out of hand.
