Response rate when no new clients in the past 60 days

I noticed that if you did not have any first messages from new clients in the past 60 days, your response rate won't be calculated. It will be marked with a dash. And without the response rate metric, you cannot maintain your level. So you get demoted to a lower level automatically.

I just find it interesting. Before the new level system, the response rate did not change if you did not have any messages in the past 60 days, or if you only worked with repeat buyers during this time.

Because of this, sellers who pause their gigs for an extended period of time eventually reach level 0, I think.

Unfortunately, the changes in level system have destroyed the business of many freelancers like me. Almost 2000 orders, 100% order completion, 100% on time delivery, consistently collecting 5 stars reviews for years. Now I´m level 0. What a joke.
